Qwilink saves user`s time, automatizes his working processes in the field of digital marketing, allows him to access all his social media accounts from one place and makes managing different channels easier, including user`s own web page or e-commerce store and numerous marketing channels.

Qwilink’s user can create his own user account to which he can add all the products he is selling, no matter if he has an online store or not, and connect it with all the channels he is using for promotion of those product and his own business. That way he can manage all his activities on social media, create interesting content (pictures, texts, video content and other types) and plan monthly campaign to fulfil goals such as more sales and new followers, or create longer promotions. All from one single account.

Application is suitable for beginners and professionals in the field of digital marketing as it offers many different options that will make all marketing activities on different channels easier. Additionally, users will get access to all kinds of educational material and option to get help from our experienced marketing team.

After you register your user account and log into Qwilink for the first time, you will see short instructions with descriptions of all Qwilink`s functions. User can also activate instructions later at any point if he has any problems or questions. He can do that with a click on a button “Instructions” located on the right side of the upper toolbar inside Qwilink.

Apart from those instructions user can check the short videos created to present the main features in action. You can find those videos under the tag “Features” on this website.

Sure. Even though Qwilink is designed primarily for online storeowners, those who do not yet have an online store can use it as well. Those users can import their products to Qwilink using .csv spreadsheet.

They can also use Qwilink to create their own business web page or order custom-made web page or online store in our premium services.

He have added a simple Drag and Drop system for making professional looking web pages to Qwilink. You can create your new web page in two ways:

1. By connecting the system with your business Facebook page,

2. By adding four main information about your business.

You can find the option to order your own online store in tap “Web pages”, which is located in the main menu on the left side of Qwilink’s dashboard. We will create your online store using WooCommerce or Shopamine.

Qwilink’s key features

Product import means exactly that – importing products into Qwilink. If you already have an online store, made with a platforms supported by Qwilink (such as Shopify, WooCommerce or Shopamine), your products will be imported automatically, after you connect Qwilink and your online store. If you do not have an online store or if it is made in platforms, which are not yet supported by Qwilink, you can import your products using a .csv spreadsheet.

In tap called “View contents and products” you will find all your products, which were imported into Qwilink automatically or by hand (using .csv spreadsheet). Each product will have its own picture, title and description.

After you finish importing products into Qwilink, either from your online store or with .csv spreadsheet, all imported products will be seen here, including with all the main information.

In tap called “View contents and products” you can edit all imported products, including their descriptions, prices and images. You can also add interesting GIFs, which you can find using integrated GIF search, or choose your favourite smileys.

You will also find an option to change products` prices here, but we recommend doing that in your created campaigns, which gives you more control over the duration of each discount and special price.

All campaigns can be seen in a tap called “Campaign overview”, which is accessible in the main menu on the left side of the application under “View campaigns”. This is a place for all your campaigns – those that are currently active, those that are waiting for activation and the future and previous campaigns.

You will noticed that the default view of this tap is set to the current week. If you do not have any campaigns set for the current week, you will see a “No results” message.

To change the time period that you want to see, click on the date and select desired period from the dropdown menu, or choose one of predefined periods. If you want to see all your campaigns, set for specific week or month, you can do that with clicking on the “Week” or “Month” in the upper left corner. The default view is also set to the current week or month, but it can be changed by using left and right arrows.

GIF (or Graphics Interchange Format) is a special image format, used for animated images and images in general. It allows an image to reference its own palette of up to 256 different colours.

GIF is suitable format for simple and shorter animated videos, and for shorter videos. It is not the best choice for images, as it does not support enough colours. Either way, GIFs can be a great way to make your posts stand out, as they are known to attract more viewers and get more shares on social media.

GIFs can be a great way to get more attention from your followers on social media. They are becoming more and more popular among social media users, as they can make you messages clearer and more engaging. Good GIF can corroborate your message and add additional emotional value to your channel.

Good posts with appropriate GIFs are very popular among followers and are more likely to bring more shares. And more shares mean that your post will reach more people – and more potential customers!

Creating campaigns/quick posts

Qwilink gives you the option to create two basic types of campaigns: Quick posts and Campaigns. Purpose of a Quick post is to create a simple post, which is going to be posted on chosen channels only once. Point of a Campaign is to create a sequence of multiple posts that are going to be published daily, following a specific key.

User can chose between two types of Quick posts: Fast product posting and Quick content publishing. Quick posts present a great way to share important news, inform you followers about new products, to share a picture, GIF or short video. Quick posts are one-time posts, which can be posted on chosen channels.

Campaigns main distinction from Quick posts is that they are meant to be used to create a sequence of multiple posts, which are going to be posted on different channels in a set time period (week, month, multiple months…). When creating campaigns, user can chose among Product promotions, Sales and Daily deals.

Although both, Daily deals and Sales, are campaign types, they have some important differences.

Sales can include a custom number of products and user can set a custom discount for them. All products, included in created sale, will have the same discount during the set time-period of that sale. Sales can be a great way to increase number of sales for special occasions, like post-season sale, Valentine`s sale, Halloween, before Easter and other similar occasions.

When creating Daily deals user has to set the same amount of days in which the campaign is going to be active and amount of products included in the campaign. Qwilink will than automatically create a publishing calendar in a way that only one product will be available each day for a discounted price. That will give your followers an option to buy different discounted product every day – which is a great way to encourage them to visit your store daily and to buy something different every day.

Product promotions and Sales are quite similar, but have one key difference – it is not possible to add any discounts to Product promotions, while discounts are the whole point of creating Sales.

Product promotions and Sales can include any number of products and can be set for a custom time period. Both are great for promoting special occasions, like having a new product or collection in the store, to promote the most popular products, or for promotion of a specific product with or without a discount.

Qwilink allows you to change your campaign at any time.

Added products and posts can be removed from campaigns during the campaign promotion or later, when the campaign is already active. You can remove a post with clicking on “View campaigns” and then on the “Edit” button at the selected campaign.

Next, find a product you want to remove inside your campaign and click on a button “Remove”.

Please note: Post, removed from the campaign, will also be removed from a channel, even if it has been posted on it before the removal.

Sure! Beginning and end date for each campaign can be set completely by your choice, as well as the duration of your campaign. The biggest advantage of Qwilink is the option to create longer campaigns with automatic posts for different channels, which will save you the time you would normally spend creating everyday posts.

During campaign creation, you can choose products that you wish to include in your campaign, and Qwilink will sort them through your campaign days, following a specific key set for each campaign type. If you need to change the order of products or edit the information about the products, you can do that before the campaign is published or later, when campaign is already active. You can also edit the number of posts for each day.

Yes. Apart from campaigns, you can use Qwilink to create Quick posts for products and for content. That allows you to post one chosen product or share special news with your followers with just a few clicks, without creating a campaign.

If you had used Qwilink to create future posts, but they were not published, it can be because of one of the following reasons:

  1. There was a problem with connection with your chosen channel.
  2. Problem appeared on a chosen social media.
  3. There is something wrong with settings on you social media profile. In some cases, Qwilink can lose permission to post on your social media channel, for example because of the change in your privacy settings, change connected to apps or similar. Please follow this steps and make sure your setting are correct:
    • Click on the green arrow located next to your user email address and profile picture. You will see a dropdown menu. Choose option “Connections”.
    • Locate the social media channel that you are having problems with. Check if it is connected to Qwilink. If it is connected, try to remove the connection and refresh your settings.
    • Reconnect Qwilink with selected social media and follow the instructions.
    • If this does not remove the issue, we recommend that you take a look at the settings on your social media account. You can do that in settings section in your social media user account. Make sure your posts on social media channel are visible for all users and that Qwilink has permission to publish.

Campaigns are an effective way to promote products and services, and to share interesting posts with your followers. Qwilink gives you the option to create Quick posts, which are suitable for one-time posts, and possibility to create longer campaigns, designed for optimizing postings on social media channels for short and long periods.

You can create the following campaign types in section “Create campaigns”:

– Fast product posting,

– Quick content publishing,

– Product promotion,

– Sales,

– Daily deals.

Campaign creation is possible in just a few simple steps:

a. In section “Create campaigns” choose the type of campaign that you wish to create.

b. You will see a list of all imported products from which you can chose those that you would like to include in your campaign. *With the exception when creating Quick posts.

c. Add a name, time frame and desired number of products to your campaign (please note that the number of products for Daily deals should be the same as the number of days that campaign is going to be active).

d. Choose channels on which you would like to publish you campaign and then click on “Next”. Qwilink will automatically generate your campaign.

e. You will now have the option to edit each post included in the campaign. You can change the name and description of every product and set different price. You can also change the posting time or replace the chosen product. Product can also be duplicated or removed.

f. Are you happy with you campaign? Click the “Activate” button and watch the number of likes and followers increase! Do not forget, you can always edit your campaign in section “View campaigns”.

Store settings

When you create a campaign, you can chose an option to change product`s price in your online store. You can do that by checking the field you will find next to the discount setting during campaign creation.

Yes, if you have set the option to reset original price. When the sale, in which the chosen product was discounted in Qwilink and in store, ends, the price of the product will be reset to its normal price, in Qwilink and in your store. But only if you chose option “After campaign ends remove the discount in online store”.

If you would like to connect Qwilink with an online store, made in a platform that cannot be connected to Qwilink, import your products with .csv spreadsheet. Appropriate spreadsheet allows you to quickly and simply import all chosen products, including with their pictures, titles, descriptions and prices.

Social Media

Sure! One of Qwilink`s biggest advantages is the option to connect your account with unlimited number of channels. Qwilink enables connection with Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Pinterest. After connecting application with Facebook, your personal account will become the so-called basic account, and Qwilink will automatically establish a connection with all your professional Facebook pages.

Yes, but only if you are using Instagram for Business. You can change your personal Instagram account into a business account at any time, by choosing the appropriate setting inside Instagram`s user account.

When you post to Instagram and Pinterest included links automatically change into pictures so that the followers can reach your webpage or specific part of your webpage by clicking on the picture.

When connecting Qwilink with multiple Facebook accounts your personal Facebook profile becomes so-called basic page. When you connect your personal Facebook profile it is used as a primary connection for all of the other Facebook professional pages you are managing.

If you want to replace the basic Facebook page, you can do that in section “Connections”, by choosing “Add new Facebook profile”. As you connect Qwilink with new Facebook account all, Facebook business pages that this user manages will be automatically connected with Qwilink as well.

Yes. You can connect Qwilink with unlimited number of different channels. This is a big advantage for those, who are in charge of managing multiple online stores or professional social media accounts, as Qwilink is one of only a few applications with this kind of functionality, offered without any additional fee.

»How to«

You will see that Qwilink is very easy to use. All you have to do before you start using Qwilink is to follow a few simple steps that will lead you through settings that you need for application to start working:

a. Create your user account.

b. Import products into Qwilink. You can chose automatic import if you already have an online store, made in any of the supported platforms, or by using .csv spreadsheet.

c. Connect your user account with different channels (such as Facebook pages, Twitter and Pinterest accounts and others).

d. Create your first posts and campaign, and get to know all of the Qwilink`s features in action!

You can create a campaign in three simple steps:

a. Choose the type of campaign that is the most suitable for your goals (you can choose among Sales, Product promotions and Daily deals, which are described in more details in this FAQ).

b. The main part of creating a campaign is choosing products that you want to include in your campaign. You can also chose campaign name, time period for a campaign, and add desired discount (for all campaigns excluding Product promotion).

c. Next steep of campaign creation gives you the option to choose channels on which you want to publish your campaign. Qwilink will then create automatic campaign based on your chosen settings.

d. Next is the last steep of the campaign creation in which you can make the last changes before you activate your campaign. This is the best time to edit the descriptions, titles and product images, change the dates of publishing and recheck, if you are happy with you campaign, before you publish it.

e. Click on the button “Activate” and your campaign will be published on chosen channels.

You can edit or change the channels connected to Qwilink at any time, in section “Connections”, which you can access by clicking on the green arrow in the upper right corner next to the user`s email address and picture.

You can connect Qwilink with Shopify in two different ways. You can establish a connection when you register your user account with Qwilink by following the instructions shown during the registration process. Or, you can establish a connection later, inside Qwilink`s user dashboard.

If you want to connect Qwilink and Shopify inside the application, visit the tap “Connections”, which you can access by clicking on the green arrow at the user`s picture and email address in the upper right corner of the dashboard. Search for the channel Shopify, which you can connect by clicking the button “Connect” on the right side of the channel. After the click a new pop-up window will appear with detailed instructions about the connection establishment.

You can connect Qwilink with a store created in WooCommerce platform. Visit the tap “Connections”, which you can find by clicking on the green arrow next to the user`s picture and email address in the upper right corner of the dashboard. Search for the channel Shopify, which you can connect by clicking the button “Connect” on the right side of the channel.

Among the channels search for WooCommerce, which you can connect by clicking on the button “Connect” which is located on the right side of the channel. After the click, a new pop-up window will appear, with detailed instructions about the connection establishment.

To connect Qwilink with your WooCommerce online store you will need your store URL, API key and “Secret”. You can create an API key in the settings tap inside your WooCommerce platform, and “Secret” will be generated automatically.

You can connect Qwilink with Shopamine. You will find the option to connect the two in the “Connections” section, which you can access by clicking on the green arrow at the user`s picture and email address in the upper right corner of the dashboard. Search for the channel Shopify, which you can connect by clicking the button “Connect” on the right side of the channel.

Among the channels search for Shopamine, which you can connect by clicking on the button “Connect”, which is located on the right side of the channel. After the click, a new pop-up window will appear, with detailed instructions about the connection establishment.

To connect Qwilink with your Shopamine online store you will need your store URL and API key. You can create an API key in the settings tap inside your Shopamine platform (attention: if you already have an API key in Shopamine, DO NOT create a new one, but use the one you already have).

You can manage your social media connections in section “Connections” which can be reached by clicking on the green arrow which is located in the upper right corner, next to the user`s email address and profile picture.

After clicking on the “Connections” you will see a list of all channels that are already connected to your user account, including online stores, social media and others.

You can add a new connection, either an online store or new social media:

– by clicking on the green circle with a plus, located next to the title “Add new … profile/shop”, above the existing connection with a social media account, or

– by clicking on “Connect”, which is located on the right side of the dashboard in case that this is the first connection with chosen social media or online store.

After you connect your user account and your personal Facebook account, all of the Facebook Business Pages that you manage, will be automatically connected with Qwilink. You can choose which connections you want to keep and which should be disconnected, by clicking on the square on the left side of your Facebook profile – a tick means that you want to use this channel, and an empty square means you want to deactivate this connection.

You can edit automatically created campaigns on the third steep of campaign creation, right before the campaign is activated, or later, when campaign is already active. After your create a campaign you can edit it in the tap “Campaign overview” with a click on the button “Edit”.

Within every created campaign, you can edit the publishing time for each product, replace the product, and change its picture, title or description. With clicking on “Edit campaign”, you can return to the previous steep of campaign creation in which you can change the title of campaign, activation time or discount. By clicking “Next”, you can chose channels on which you want to publish your campaign.

Finished and future campaigns, and also active and not active campaigns, can be seen in section “View campaigns” which you can access by clicking on the main menu on the left side of the dashboard. The default view is set to show only the active campaigns or campaigns waiting for activation in the current week. If the current week doesn`t have any campaign you will see a “No results” text here.

Campaigns set for other time periods can be seen by changing the week or month time in the calendar. You can do that by clicking on the date in the upper left corner of this window. A dropdown menu will appear after you click on the date and you will be able to choose desired time frame for which you want to see all the campaigns.

Past and future campaigns from other time periods in the calendar can also be seen by clicking on the buttons “Week” or “Month” which are located in the upper right corner of the window. When choosing any of this two options you will see the campaigns, active and not active ones, for current week or month. By clicking on the left and right arrow, you can choose other weeks or months.

Importing products into Qwilink is quick and easy. You will find an option to import products by clicking on the tap “Connections” which you can reach by clicking on the green arrow in the upper right corner of the dashboard, next to your user email and profile picture.

After the click you will see two options for product import – import with .csv spreadsheet, or automatic import through a connection between Qwilink and your online store. Automatic import from an online store is currently possible only for stores created in specific platforms; you can find more information about that in the connections panel.

If you have an online store, created with a platform, not listed in the connections panel, use .csv spreadsheet to import your products. You will find detailed instructions on how to do that next to the option to import products.

Basics of using Qwilink

Product promotion is a great way to promote your product for a longer time. With Product promotion, you can increase sales of chosen product at any time, especially at special events (like presentation of new products or collections, promoting product with the most sales etc.).

Product promotion can be created with clicking on a button “Create campaigns” in the main menu on the left side of the dashboard and then chose option “Create campaign” in the “Product promotion” window.

The first steep of campaign creation gives you the chance to set a name of your campaign, chose the activation time and products you want to include in your campaign. Then click on the button “Next” in the upper right corner. Second steep of campaign creation is intended for choosing channels on which you want to publish your campaign. After that, Qwilink will generate an automatic campaign. Before final activation, you can edit chosen products, copy them or remove them from your campaign.

By clicking on “Activate” in the upper right corner, the promotion will be published on the chosen channels, in line with set publishing times.

Sale is a great way to offer products with discounts for a longer time. Sale can increase the number of products` sales for special occasions or at the specific time.

You can create a Sale by clicking on the “Create campaign” in the main menu on the left side of the dashboard and then chose “Create sale” in the “Sale” window.

In the first step in the campaign creation, you will have to choose the name of the campaign, activation time, products you want to include in your campaign and the discount, which can also be set for your online store. Then click on the button “Next” in the upper right corner. In the second step of the campaign creation, choose the channels on which you want to publish your Sale. Qwilink will then create automatic campaign. Before activating your sale, you can edit chosen products, copy them or remove them from your campaign.

With a click on the “Activate” button in the upper right corner the sale will be published on chosen channels following the set schedule.

Daily deals are a great way to encourage your followers to visit your online shop daily. They are designed to promote one product, with a discounted price, each day, on chosen channels.

You can create Daily deals in section “Create campaigns” in the main menu on the left side of the dashboard and then chose “Create a daily deal” in the “Daily actions” window.

In the first step of the campaign creation, you will have to choose the name of the campaign, activation time, products you want to include in your campaign and the discount. Attention: you have to choose as much products as there are days of your campaign. 

Then click on the button “Next” in the upper right corner. In the second step of the campaign creation, choose the channels on which you want to publish your Daily deal. Qwilink will then create automatic campaign. Before activating your sale, you can edit chosen products, copy them or remove them from your campaign.

With clicking on “Activate” in the upper right corner the campaign will be published on all channels – one product per day.

Fast product posting and Quick content publishing present the best way to create simple posts, which you can share with your followers.

You can create Quick posts by clicking on “Create campaign” tap in the main menu on the left side of the dashboard and then chose “Fast product posting” or “Quick content publishing”.

When creating Quick posts, you can chose a picture, interesting GIF, add a custom title, description and price/web connection, and choose channel or channels, on which you want to share your post.

By clicking on “Share and add new” or “Share and close” the product or news will be shared on the chosen channels.

Campaign can be removed in section “Campaign overview”. If you want to remove a campaign, that is either active or not active at this moment, it is going to be shown in this section automatically. All you will have to do next is to click on the button “Remove”.

If you want to remove a past or future campaign, you will have to find it first. You can do that by clicking on the “Week” or “Month” button, or by clicking on the date (after which a drop-down menu will appear) to set different period for which you want to see your campaigns. When you chose the appropriate period, you will see all campaigns set to activate inside it, including the campaign you want to remove. All you have to do now is to click on the button “Remove”.

ATTENTION: If you remove your campaign, all the posts that have already been published on the chosen channels, will be removed as well.

Past posts and campaign can be seen in the section “Campaign overview”. The default view of the section is set to show campaigns, which are active or not active (saved as draft) in the current week. However, you can chose different periods by clicking on buttons “Week” or “Month” in the upper right corner or by clicking on the date in the upper left corner and then set a desired period, for which you want to see your campaigns.

If you wish to add a product, which is not yet imported into Qwilink, to your campaign, you can do that by clicking on “Add a product” on the right side of the window inside “Create campaign” panel.

After clicking on the “Add product” button, a new pop-up window will appear and you will be able to add a product, news or import multiple products using a .csv spreadsheet.

If you have added new products into your online store and you want to import them into Qwilink, visit section “Connections” and click on a button “Refresh” at the desired store connection. Qwilink will automatically import all new products into the application.

You will find all your published posts in section “View campaigns”. The default overview is set to the current week, but you can choose other periods by clicking on the “Week” or “Month” button in the upper right corner or by clicking on a date in the upper left corner. When you find the post you want to remove, you can do that by hovering the mouse over the chosen post to see additional options. Next, click on the “Remove” button.

Sure. You can edit connections with online stores from a tap “Connections” which you can access by clicking on the green arrow located in the upper right corner, next to the user email and profile picture.

In the panel “Connections” you will see a list of platforms, designed for creating online stores, that Qwilink supports at current time. Simply click on the button “Connect” and follow the specific instructions to connect your online store with Qwilink.

If you want to import new products to Qwilink from your online store, chose tap “Connections” in the upper right menu. You will see two options to import new products.

If Qwilink is connected to your online store, you can import your products by clicking on the button “Refresh” which is located next to the name of the platform that is already connected to Qwilink.

If Qwilink is not connected with an online store, you will have to import new products with a .csv spreadsheet the same way as you did the first time you imported products.

Product that will be imported later will appear among previously imported products, but you will be able to find them using filtering options or by searching the specific keywords.

Advanced features

Sure. All campaigns, active and not active, can be edited in the section »View campaigns«. Hovering over the campaign you want to edit with your mouse to see additional options. Button »edit« will appear and you`ll get the option to edit your campaign.

Yes. You can create a campaign at any time and activate it whenever you want to. Not active campaigns can be seen in section »View campaigns« and you can activate them by hovering the mouse over the desired campaign and then click on the button »Edit«.

ATTENTION: If you are going to activate the campaign after the date, primarily set as the start of the campaign, you will have to change its start date.

Sure! Search for the desired campaign in section »Campaign overview« and then hover over it with your mouse. Chose an option »Duplicate« and chose the start date for it. Then activate the campaign with a new start date.

My Account

If you would like to change your personal data inside Qwilink, including your password, visit section »Settings« which you can find by clicking on the green arrow in the upper right corner, next to your email address and profile picture.
